{"id":775,"date":"2023-08-18T07:53:55","date_gmt":"2023-08-18T10:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=775"},"modified":"2023-08-18T07:53:55","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T10:53:55","slug":"legislatura-simplifican-el-beneficio-juridico-de-litigar-sin-gastos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/legislatura-simplifican-el-beneficio-juridico-de-litigar-sin-gastos\/","title":{"rendered":"Legislatura: simplifican el beneficio jur\u00eddico de litigar sin gastos"},"content":{"rendered":"<article id=\"post-564216\" class=\"post-564216 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-informacion-general ast-article-single\">\n<div class=\"ast-post-format- single-layout-1\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clear\">\n<p>En la vig\u00e9sima tercera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, presidida por el vicegobernador\u00a0<strong>Manuel Calvo<\/strong>, se aprob\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un proyecto referido al\u00a0<strong>beneficio de litigar sin gastos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La novedad radica en que la tramitaci\u00f3n de la solicitud para este beneficio jur\u00eddico\u00a0<em>\u201cse efectuar\u00e1 ante un \u00f3rgano administrativo del Poder Judicial, asegurando la revisi\u00f3n judicial, lo que apareja una disminuci\u00f3n del desgaste judicial y una simplificaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite para el ciudadano\u201d<\/em>, seg\u00fan manifest\u00f3 la legisladora\u00a0<strong>Julieta Rinaldi<\/strong>\u00a0en su defensa de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aclar\u00f3 Rinaldi que la aprobaci\u00f3n de hoy supone una soluci\u00f3n an\u00e1loga para las peticiones de someterse a procesos de mediaci\u00f3n sin gastos, todo lo cual va en la direcci\u00f3n de simplificar y agilizar las formas y garantizar una mayor econom\u00eda procesal.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped has-lightbox wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex lightbox-0 \">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564218\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_92.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" data-id=\"564218\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564220\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_94.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" data-id=\"564220\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564217\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_64.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" data-id=\"564217\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el\u00a0<strong>beneficio de litigar sin gastos<\/strong>\u00a0asegura el acceso a la Justicia de todos los ciudadanos, por tratarse de un\u00a0mecanismo dise\u00f1ado para casos en los que el justiciable no se halla en condiciones econ\u00f3micas de hacer frente a los costos que implica el inicio de una actuaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 Rinaldi:\u00a0<em>\u201cPoder agilizar y simplificar el procedimiento del beneficio de litigar sin gastos tiene como consecuencia directa un mejor y m\u00e1s eficiente acceso a la Justicia. Esta es sin dudas una herramienta fundamental de nuestro sistema de derechos, que permite a cualquier ciudadano poder acudir en condiciones de igualdad frente a un tribunal para hacer valer sus derechos\u201d<\/em>, lo cual resulta\u00a0<em>\u201cclave en un estado republicano de derecho\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped has-lightbox wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex lightbox-1 \">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564225\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_60-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" data-id=\"564225\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564224\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" data-id=\"564224\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Previamente a esta aprobaci\u00f3n, la C\u00e1mara se constituy\u00f3 en comisi\u00f3n para dar tratamiento al proyecto referido al Decreto N\u00b0 1589, que aprueba el acuerdo celebrado entre el Gobierno nacional, el Ministerio de Coordinaci\u00f3n del Gobierno de la Provincia y la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas de Servicios para Proyectos (UNOPS).<\/p>\n<p>Dicho entendimiento se establece con relaci\u00f3n al proyecto de\u00a0<strong>Modernizaci\u00f3n de la Infraestructura Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, que el Estado provincial promueve en todos sus \u00f3rganos, en particular para la aplicaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica del uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en los procesos de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje en las escuelas p\u00fablicas de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora\u00a0<strong>Sara Garc\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0explic\u00f3 que, a trav\u00e9s del modelo de adquisici\u00f3n de licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica internacional que ofrece UNOPS, el Gobierno de la Provincia se plantea la compra de\u00a0<strong>30 mil computadoras de escritorio<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u201cpara ampliar y modernizar la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica de la Provincia\u201d<\/em>, adem\u00e1s de\u00a0<em>\u201c<strong>40 mil notebooks educativas y 1500 muebles de guarda y carga<\/strong>, para facilitar la aplicaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica de tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y de la comunicaci\u00f3n en los procesos de aprendizaje en los niveles primarios y secundarios\u201d<\/em>, dijo la tambi\u00e9n presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto fue aprobado por mayor\u00eda, excepto por el voto negativo de Juntos UCR y Encuentro Vecinal C\u00f3rdoba, y las abstenciones de Izquierda Socialista y MST.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-564219\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/23%C2%B0-Sesion-Ordinaria_112.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"364\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Debates y otros temas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En la continuidad de esta sesi\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n catastral de\u00a0<strong>Pacheco de Melo<\/strong>, comuna ubicada en el departamento Ju\u00e1rez Celman. De esta forma, el ejido que actualmente alcanza 7 hect\u00e1reas, se extender\u00e1 a 150 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador\u00a0<strong>Mat\u00edas Viola<\/strong>\u00a0fue el encargado de argumentar respecto de la ampliaci\u00f3n de esta peque\u00f1a localidad del sur provincial y que cuenta con 255 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEsta comunidad tuvo un importante crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico con la consecuente expansi\u00f3n del \u00e1rea urbana en zonas ajenas al radio vigente. Ello ha derivado en la necesidad de prestar servicios en estas zonas; y para ello, es necesario contar con un nuevo radio municipal\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3 Viola.<\/p>\n<p>En el recinto estuvo presente la jefa comunal,\u00a0<strong>Rosana Fava<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, los parlamentarios dieron su aprobaci\u00f3n al pedido de licencia, hasta el 17 de septiembre del corriente a\u00f1o, presentado por el legislador\u00a0<strong>Juan Jos\u00e9 Blangino<\/strong>.
