De acuerdo con cifras del\u00a0Portal de Transparencia\u00a0del Registro Civil, en el primer semestre de este 2023, de enero a junio, se registraron en la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba 4.892 matrimonios y solamente 72 uniones. Es decir 68 matrimonios por cada uni\u00f3n convivencial.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien ambas figuras implican derechos y obligaciones para los contrayentes y convivientes, hay diferencias que deben ser tenidas en cuenta a la hora de decidir bajo qu\u00e9 figura jur\u00eddica formalizar un v\u00ednculo.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales diferencias, pero no las \u00fanicas, ser\u00edan que para el matrimonio no hay que acreditar convivencia previa de al menos dos a\u00f1os en el mismo domicilio y que, ante el caso de que la relaci\u00f3n no prospere, para disolver un matrimonio se requiere una sentencia judicial de divorcio mientras que terminar una uni\u00f3n convivencial requiere un simple acto administrativo que es mucho m\u00e1s sencillo y econ\u00f3mico para las partes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la uni\u00f3n convivencial?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es el tr\u00e1mite que permite registrar la uni\u00f3n entre dos personas que conviven en modo singular, p\u00fablico, notorio, estable y permanente compartiendo un proyecto de vida en com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los requisitos son:<\/h4>\n<p>*Que los dos integrantes sean mayores de edad y capaces.<\/p>\n<p>*Que no est\u00e9n unidos por v\u00ednculos de parentesco en l\u00ednea recta en todos los grados, ni colateral hasta el segundo grado.<\/p>\n<p>*Que no est\u00e9n unidos por v\u00ednculos de parentesco por afinidad en l\u00ednea recta.<\/p>\n<p>*Que no tengan impedimento de ligamen ni est\u00e9 registrada otra convivencia de manera simult\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>*Que mantengan la convivencia durante un periodo no inferior a 2 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>*DNI de ambos convivientes, con domicilio en com\u00fan en la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba con una antig\u00fcedad superior a dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de no cumplir con todos o algunos de los requisitos, deber\u00e1n consultar en el registro civil qu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n presentar para probar fehacientemente la convivencia.<\/p>\n<p>La uni\u00f3n convivencial se registra, previo turno, en el registro civil que corresponda al domicilio de la pareja y debe ser solicitada por ambos convivientes.<\/p>\n<p>El listado completo de requisitos y pasos para completar la gesti\u00f3n se encuentran en este\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/registrocivil.cba.gov.ar\/unionconvivencial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6190387823963118\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- publi horizontal --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6190387823963118\" data-ad-slot=\"1318105772\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A la hora de formalizar un proyecto de vida en com\u00fan, las parejas cordobesas prefieren<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":721,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[629,23,628,630,46,396],"class_list":["post-720","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacadas","tag-convivencia","tag-cordoba","tag-matrimonio","tag-portal-de-transparencia","tag-provincia","tag-registro-civil"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
