Tras una operaci\u00f3n bari\u00e1trica que lo dej\u00f3 50 kilos m\u00e1s liviano, asegura que atraves\u00f3 un antes y un despu\u00e9s en su vida personal y profesional.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl incidente ocurri\u00f3 mientras estaba de viaje, manejando hacia Santa Fe para unos eventos. Repentinamente, no paraba de rascarme como si tuviera sarna. Un m\u00e9dico tuvo una intuici\u00f3n y me mand\u00f3 a sacar sangre<\/em>\u201d, record\u00f3 el cocinero, visiblemente conmovido.<\/p>\n

El diagn\u00f3stico fue lapidario. \u201cEl doctor me advirti\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n era muy grave, que pod\u00eda desmayarme y morir en la ruta<\/em>\u201d, cont\u00f3. En ese instante, una alarma interna se encendi\u00f3 en su cabeza. \u201cMe sonaba una campanita: la diabetes era la muerte silenciosa. Ah\u00ed supe que no pod\u00eda seguir as\u00ed<\/em>\u201d, confes\u00f3 Krywonis<\/a><\/strong>, quien decidi\u00f3 operarse y confiar en las manos del doctor Ariel Ferraro<\/strong>. Esa fue la jugada que le cambi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n

Hoy, m\u00e1s liviano y con otra perspectiva, mira atr\u00e1s con alivio. \u201cEstuve cerca del coma diab\u00e9tico<\/em>\u201d, admiti\u00f3 con total sinceridad, dejando en claro que aquella pesadilla fue el motor de su gran transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
