suscripto el convenio que estipulaba el armado de cuadros para tricicletas destinadas a personas con discapacidad, el Ministerio de Justicia y Trabajo entreg\u00f3 a la Fundaci\u00f3n Jean Maggi la primera pieza producida en los talleres de Bouwer.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">La entrega del primer cuadro, cuyo armado constituye una estrategia de capacitaci\u00f3n para personas privadas de su libertad en vistas a la reinserci\u00f3n social, estuvo a cargo del ministro Juli\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, y fue recibida por el titular de la fundaci\u00f3n, Juan Ignacio Maggi.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Al momento de firmar el convenio, concretado en diciembre de 2024, en coincidencia con la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de la Discapacidad y dentro del programa \u201cRecirculando\u201d que lleva adelante el Servicio Penitenciario, se estableci\u00f3 que internos armaron los cuadros de las tricicletas en los talleres de Bouwer y, posteriormente, personas con discapacidad que acuden a la fundaci\u00f3n ser\u00edan los encargados del ensamblaje y colocaci\u00f3n de los distintos accesorios que necesitan los rodados.<\/p>\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-full eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-615366\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC_2140.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: L\u00f3pez agradeci\u00f3 a la Fundaci\u00f3n, y reflexion\u00f3:\u00a0 \u201c<em>El esfuerzo de quienes en alg\u00fan momento caus\u00f3 alg\u00fan da\u00f1o en la sociedad, que hoy pueda ayudar a reparar y generar algo positivo, para nosotros es sumamente gratificante<\/em>\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, Piero Venturi, integrante de la Fundaci\u00f3n Jean Maggi, explic\u00f3 los alcances de la producci\u00f3n de cuadros de bicicletas adaptadas en el Servicio Penitenciario. \u201c<em>Las tricicletas montadas les brindan a los chicos la posibilidad de salir al mercado laboral, y a las personas del establecimiento penitenciario, que no tienen alg\u00fan oficio, aprenderlo, para que una vez que salgan tengan herramientas para la inserci\u00f3n
