{"id":5210,"date":"2025-03-03T08:32:48","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T11:32:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=5210"},"modified":"2025-03-03T08:32:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T11:32:48","slug":"llaryora-entrego-el-credito-hipotecario-mil-de-bancor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/llaryora-entrego-el-credito-hipotecario-mil-de-bancor\/","title":{"rendered":"Llaryora entreg\u00f3 el cr\u00e9dito hipotecario mil de Bancor"},"content":{"rendered":"<article id=\"post-614841\" class=\"post-614841 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-gobernador category-informacion-general ast-article-single\">\n<div class=\"ast-post-format- single-layout-1\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clear\">\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">El gobernador Mart\u00edn Llaryora, junto al presidente y al vicepresidente del Banco de C\u00f3rdoba, Ra\u00fal Paolasso y Juan Manuel Llamosas, hizo entrega del cr\u00e9dito hipotecario n\u00famero mil para acceder a la casa propia.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">En una jornada cargada de emotividad, Bancor hizo entrega de otros 25 cr\u00e9ditos, por lo que hasta el momento son 1.026 los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios otorgados por la entidad, destinando a la fecha un total de 83.682 millones de pesos para esta iniciativa, desde el lanzamiento de la l\u00ednea en mayo del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">De ese universo de m\u00e1s de mil cr\u00e9ditos, el 84 por ciento del total fueron para la compra, un 10 por ciento para la construcci\u00f3n y el 6 por ciento restante para refacciones o ampliaciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Bancor se transforma en la entidad bancaria que por lejos mayor cantidad de cr\u00e9ditos otorga en el mercado local, ya que cada 100 cr\u00e9ditos que se entregan, 75 son de la banca oficial de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u201c<em>Lo m\u00e1s importante es que estamos ac\u00e1 y mil familias van a tener su casa.
