{"id":5121,"date":"2025-02-28T08:22:54","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T11:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=5121"},"modified":"2025-02-28T08:22:54","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T11:22:54","slug":"picada-fatal-en-el-aeropuerto-cordoba-hay-nuevas-imputaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/picada-fatal-en-el-aeropuerto-cordoba-hay-nuevas-imputaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Picada fatal en el Aeropuerto C\u00f3rdoba: hay nuevas imputaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">En la causa del accidente con un resultado fatal y otros heridos ocurrido en la zona del aeropuerto de C\u00f3rdoba, cuya hip\u00f3tesis principal es que el siniestro se produjo como consecuencia de la realizaci\u00f3n de una prueba ilegal de velocidad llevada a cabo por las siete personas detenidas y el fallecido, la fiscal Patricia Garcia Ramirez dispuso imputar a las mujeres acompa\u00f1antes en los veh\u00edculos de algunos conductores detenidos, por considerar que sus intervenciones en el evento constituy\u00f3 un apoyo moral y alentador para que el hecho se lleve a cabo en la forma que se cometi\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Virginia Aldana Orellana\u00a0 de 20 a\u00f1os y Luz \u00c1ngela Godoy de 19 a\u00f1os fueron imputadas por homicidio culposo agravado en calidad de part\u00edcipes necesarias. Ambas, y por el momento, designaron al defensor publico. La misma atribucion recayo sobre la mujer que todavia se encuentra internada como consecuencia del hecho, por lo que se esperara que su estado de salud permita efectuar la notificacion. Asimismo se le atribuyo intervenci\u00f3n activa en el hecho a una menor de 15 a\u00f1os,\u00a0 comunicando la situaci\u00f3n al juez penal juvenil correspondiente.
