{"id":509,"date":"2023-07-26T07:23:29","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T10:23:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=509"},"modified":"2023-07-26T07:23:29","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T10:23:29","slug":"la-justicia-volvio-a-autorizar-a-cordoba-la-compra-de-dolares-para-afrontar-vencimientos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/la-justicia-volvio-a-autorizar-a-cordoba-la-compra-de-dolares-para-afrontar-vencimientos\/","title":{"rendered":"La Justicia volvi\u00f3 a autorizar a C\u00f3rdoba la compra de d\u00f3lares para afrontar vencimientos"},"content":{"rendered":"<article id=\"post-561080\" class=\"post-561080 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-informacion-general category-no-home ast-article-single\">\n<div class=\"ast-post-format- single-layout-1\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clear\">\n<p>El titular del Juzgado Federal N\u00b0 2, Alejandro \u00a0S\u00e1nchez Freites, otorg\u00f3 una nueva cautelar a la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba que le permitir\u00e1 adquirir los d\u00f3lares necesarios para afrontar el vencimiento previsto para el jueves 27 de julio, por valor de U$S 9.375.000.<\/p>\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n judicial se conoci\u00f3 este martes en horas de la tarde e incluye tambi\u00e9n la convocatoria a una audiencia de conciliaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda 16 de agosto, a la que fueron citados el presidente del Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina, Miguel Angel Pesce y el ministro de Finanzas de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, Osvaldo Giordano.<\/p>\n<p>En el transcurso de esa reuni\u00f3n ambas partes deber\u00e1n procurar una adecuaci\u00f3n de la normativa que regularice la provisi\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares de manera que la Provincia no se vea impedida de afrontar sus compromisos externos.<\/p>\n<p>En junio, tras una presentaci\u00f3n del gobierno provincial, la Justicia Federal otorg\u00f3\u00a0una\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/gobierno\/la-justicia-federal-otorgo-la-medida-cautelar-a-la-provincia-para-compra-de-dolares\/\">medida cautelar<\/a>\u00a0autoriz\u00e1ndole a C\u00f3rdoba\u00a0 el acceso a d\u00f3lares a valor oficial \u00a0a fin de abonar el 100% de los vencimientos de deuda en moneda extranjera.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, frente\u00a0 a un nuevo vencimiento, la Provincia tuvo que hacer una\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/informacion-general\/cordoba-planteo-una-ampliacion-de-la-cautelar-para-comprar-dolares-para-saldar-deudas\/\">nueva presentaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/a>ya que el Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina mantuvo su negativa a facilitar el acceso a los d\u00f3lares al valor oficial.
