{"id":4803,"date":"2025-02-21T07:39:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=4803"},"modified":"2025-02-21T07:39:49","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:39:49","slug":"cordoba-un-fallecido-y-seis-detenidos-por-el-accidente-en-una-prueba-ilegal-de-velocidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/cordoba-un-fallecido-y-seis-detenidos-por-el-accidente-en-una-prueba-ilegal-de-velocidad\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3rdoba: un fallecido y seis detenidos por el accidente en una prueba ilegal de velocidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda del Distrito II turno 5, a cargo de Patricica Garc\u00eda Ram\u00edrez, y en relaci\u00f3n al accidente fatal ocurrido en la Avenida La Voz del Interior al 8500, dispuso la detenci\u00f3n de Albarrac\u00edn Fabio Gabriel de 24 a\u00f1os, Veizaga Facundo Carlos de 23 a\u00f1os, P\u00e9rez Maximiliano de 23 a\u00f1os, Pfister Enzo de 25 a\u00f1os,\u00a0 (internado en el Hospital de Urgencias), Albarrac\u00edn Mat\u00edas de 20 a\u00f1os y Maldonado Jer\u00f3nimo de 20 a\u00f1os\u00a0 (internado en el Sanatorio Cerro).<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado del hecho result\u00f3 fallecido Donat Facundo Fabi\u00e1n de 19 a\u00f1os, quien formaba parte de la realizaci\u00f3n de la prueba ilegal de velocidad. Sobre los detenidos se dispuso la imputaci\u00f3n por homicidio culposo agravado, lesiones culposas agravadas y participaci\u00f3n ilegal en prueba de velocidad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se est\u00e1 trabajando para determinar la cantidad de heridos, las caracter\u00edsticas de las lesiones y la existencia de m\u00e1s veh\u00edculos involucrados en el hecho.
