{"id":4301,"date":"2025-02-06T09:37:50","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T12:37:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=4301"},"modified":"2025-02-06T09:37:50","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T12:37:50","slug":"apross-y-el-ministerio-publico-fiscal-avanzan-en-la-deteccion-y-prevencion-del-fraude-en-prestaciones-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/apross-y-el-ministerio-publico-fiscal-avanzan-en-la-deteccion-y-prevencion-del-fraude-en-prestaciones-de-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Apross y el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal avanzan en la detecci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n del fraude en prestaciones de salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">En el marco del Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional entre Apross y el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, el \u00c1rea Prevenci\u00f3n de Fraude de de Apross llev\u00f3 adelante una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n y present\u00f3 la correspondiente denuncia en la justicia por un caso de defraudaci\u00f3n en la prescripci\u00f3n de medicamentos de alto costo.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Gracias al seguimiento permanente del programa B24X (destinado a pacientes con VIH), se detect\u00f3 que un afiliado present\u00f3 en la Farmacia del Hospital Ra\u00fal Ferreyra una receta adulterada con la intenci\u00f3n de obtener la dispensa de un medicamento de alto costo de manera irregular.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Al detectar la irregularidad, el \u00c1rea Prevenci\u00f3n de Fraude verific\u00f3 la receta en la plataforma de validaciones de Apross y confirm\u00f3 que se encontraba adulterada. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se dio aviso inmediato a la Polic\u00eda de C\u00f3rdoba, que procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n del afiliado en flagrancia y al secuestro de elementos probatorios de utilidad para la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Este caso evidencia la importancia de la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras que permiten garantizar la transparencia y trazabilidad en el uso de recursos sanitarios.
