{"id":3634,"date":"2024-03-29T09:34:32","date_gmt":"2024-03-29T12:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=3634"},"modified":"2024-03-29T09:34:32","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T12:34:32","slug":"el-concejo-de-caroya-aprobo-el-plan-detalle-para-poligonos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/el-concejo-de-caroya-aprobo-el-plan-detalle-para-poligonos\/","title":{"rendered":"EL CONCEJO DE CAROYA APROB\u00d3 EL PLAN DETALLE PARA POL\u00cdGONOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Concejo Deliberante de Colonia Caroya, este mi\u00e9rcoles 27 de marzo, en Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria N\u00b0 6, aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el Proyecto de Ordenanza inherente al \u201cPlan de Detalle para Pol\u00edgonos Industriales en el \u00c1rea urbanizable, Pol\u00edgonos Industriales en \u00c1rea de Valor Estrat\u00e9gico y Grandes Infraestructuras\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En palabras del edil Ariel D\u00edaz, del bloque Proyecto Caroya, esta ordenanza es de \u201cregulaci\u00f3n de la industria de Colonia Caroya, teniendo en cuenta que tenemos una particularidad: nuestras industrias est\u00e1n bastante dispersas. Esta ordenanza rige sobre eso: determinar cada uno de los pol\u00edgonos que tenemos, integrarlos y dar una ordenanza com\u00fan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La flamante norma, se enmarca dentro de la Ordenanza 2361\/2020, mediante la cual se cre\u00f3 el Plan General de Ordenamiento Territorial y Uso de Suelo del Radio Municipal de la Ciudad de Colonia Caroya, el cual regula las diversas formas de ocupaci\u00f3n del suelo, conforme a las actividades desarrolladas o a desarrollarse.<\/p>\n<p>Los art\u00edculos de la ordenanza, \u201cpuntualizan en la determinaci\u00f3n de cada uno de los pol\u00edgonos de industria.
