Los condenados fueron Gustavo Ezequiel Aguilera, Fernando David Almeida, Juan Carlos Almeida, Antonio Alberto Altamirano, Gisella Daniela Castillo, Mauro Gabriel Castillo, Pamela Alejandra Castillo, Sandro Daniel Chatara, Ivana Florencia D\u00edaz Caro,Dami\u00e1n Alejandro Far\u00edas, Daniel Alberto Far\u00edas, Natali Virginia Fasolis, Karen Silvana Fern\u00e1ndez, Luis Alberto Ferreyra, Luis Ezequiel Ferreyra, Alejandra Carolina Morales, Marcelo Jos\u00e9 Morales, Leandro Dami\u00e1n Oliva, Brian Nicol\u00e1s Ponce, Christopher Iv\u00e1n Quintana, Pablo Federico Rodr\u00edguez, Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Rojas, Ricardo Argentino Silva, Rub\u00e9n Horacio Tejeda y Miguel Eduardo Tissera.<\/p>\n<p>La causa se inicio por actuaci\u00f3n del fuero y la Fuerza Antinarcotr\u00e1fico de C\u00f3rdoba.
