{"id":3021,"date":"2024-03-12T08:06:13","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T11:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=3021"},"modified":"2024-03-12T08:06:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-12T11:06:13","slug":"cordoba-confirman-la-acusacion-contra-lideres-piqueteros-y-gremiales-por-corte-de-calles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/cordoba-confirman-la-acusacion-contra-lideres-piqueteros-y-gremiales-por-corte-de-calles\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00d3RDOBA: CONFIRMAN LA ACUSACI\u00d3N CONTRA L\u00cdDERES PIQUETEROS Y GREMIALES POR CORTE DE CALLES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Confirmando la postura sostenida por el Representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de C\u00f3rdoba, la Juez de Control y Faltas n\u00famero 4,\u00a0 Anah\u00ed Hampartzounian, confirm\u00f3 el Requerimiento de Citaci\u00f3n a Juicio de la causa en la que se dispuso la Acusaci\u00f3n de 5 l\u00edderes de movimientos piqueteros y el Secretario general del Gremio ATE C\u00f3rdoba por el delito de Impedimento u Obstrucci\u00f3n de Transporte o Servicios P\u00fablicos , en virtud de los cortes provocado en Avenida Col\u00f3n y General Paz de la ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba en el mes de abril del 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En su resoluci\u00f3n la Jueza recalc\u00f3: \u201cEn las ant\u00edpodas se encuentra el caso tra\u00eddo a consideraci\u00f3n, que no ocasion\u00f3, al decir de la defensa, \u201csolo\u00a0una mera molestia en la circulaci\u00f3n y el tr\u00e1nsito\u201d, sino la\u00a0\u00a0aniquilaci\u00f3n del derecho a circular producto de lo que considero un ejercicio abusivo del derecho de protesta, que implic\u00f3 que un n\u00famero indeterminado de personas \u2013por cuya libertad \u00a0tambi\u00e9n es necesario velar- se vieran impedidas de ingresar o salir de su domicilio, acceder al transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros e incluso ser asistidos por servicios m\u00e9dicos de emergencia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aclara que la resoluci\u00f3n \u201c\u2026dista de pretender \u201ccriminalizar la protesta\u201d\u2026sino propender a la armonizaci\u00f3n de derechos que evidentemente ameritan restricciones cuando estas sean necesarias para una convivencia social ordenada y respetuosa\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, se sostiene el criterio del MPF en cuanto a que el corte deliberado y total de arterias de circulaci\u00f3n vehicular, como modo de visibilizar la protesta configur\u00f3 delito, y fueron los l\u00edderes de las agrupaciones sociales y sindicales acusados quienes, adem\u00e1s de encontrarse personalmente en el lugar, tuvieron el dominio del hecho, por lo que se ratifica su participaci\u00f3n como coautores en el suceso del que se los acusa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3022\" src=\"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/rpin1.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/rpin1.webp 580w, https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/rpin1-300x169.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6190387823963118\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- publi horizontal --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6190387823963118\" data-ad-slot=\"1318105772\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Confirmando la postura sostenida por el Representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de C\u00f3rdoba, la Juez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":3022,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[40],"tags":[714,120,303,20,216,1238,249,92,1469,1679,1682,793,1681,1671,99,1131,1015,26,791,1678,408],"class_list":["post-3021","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-principales","tag-actividades","tag-clima","tag-colonia-caroya","tag-cultura","tag-deportes","tag-educacion","tag-fpa","tag-jesus-maria","tag-jineteada","tag-locales","tag-mpf","tag-municipalidad","tag-narcotrafico","tag-noticias","tag-obras","tag-policia-de-cordoba","tag-region","tag-salud","tag-sinsacate","tag-tazas","tag-transporte"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
