{"id":2658,"date":"2024-02-28T10:29:39","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T13:29:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=2658"},"modified":"2024-02-28T10:29:39","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T13:29:39","slug":"rio-cuarto-fpa-incauto-estupefacientes-en-intensos-controles-preventivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/rio-cuarto-fpa-incauto-estupefacientes-en-intensos-controles-preventivos\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00cdO CUARTO: FPA INCAUT\u00d3 ESTUPEFACIENTES EN INTENSOS CONTROLES PREVENTIVOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del plan estrat\u00e9gico de prevenci\u00f3n y lucha contra el narcotr\u00e1fico implementado por la Fuerza Policial Antinarcotr\u00e1fico y supervisado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, se llevaron a cabo patrullajes preventivos en diversos barrios de la ciudad de R\u00edo Cuarto.<\/p>\n<p>Estos patrullajes se centraron en espacios verdes, accesos y puntos estrat\u00e9gicos claves de los barrios: 400 viviendas, IPV, Alberdi y Centro.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del dispositivo, se procedi\u00f3 al control de tres individuos (una mujer y dos hombres) que se encontraban en la Plaza Eduardo Racedo del barrio Centro. La mujer, de 21 a\u00f1os, cooper\u00f3 de forma voluntaria al entregar varias dosis de marihuana durante el control.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la identificaci\u00f3n de tres individuos mayores de edad, que transitaban por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en el barrio 400 Viviendas. Durante el palpado preventivo de arma de fuego, se hallaron varias dosis de marihuana en posesi\u00f3n de uno de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se consult\u00f3 con el Prosecretario de la Fiscal\u00eda de Lucha contra el Narcotr\u00e1fico de la Ciudad de R\u00edo Cuarto, quien orden\u00f3 el secuestro de la sustancia en cuesti\u00f3n, la identificaci\u00f3n de las personas, la redacci\u00f3n del acta correspondiente y la entrega del procedimiento en sede judicial.
