{"id":24148,"date":"2026-05-18T17:06:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T20:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/autorizan-al-chiqui-tapia-a-viajar-al-mundial\/"},"modified":"2026-05-18T17:06:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T20:06:12","slug":"autorizan-al-chiqui-tapia-a-viajar-al-mundial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/autorizan-al-chiqui-tapia-a-viajar-al-mundial\/","title":{"rendered":"Autorizan al \u201cChiqui\u201d Tapia a viajar al Mundial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <strong>Justicia <\/strong>autoriz\u00f3 este lunes al <strong>presidente <\/strong>de la <strong>Asoaciaci\u00f3n de F\u00fatbol Argentino (AFA)<\/strong>, <strong>Claudio \u201cChiqui\u201d Tapia<\/strong>, a viajar al <strong>Mundial 2026<\/strong> que se realizar\u00e1 desde el mes pr\u00f3ximo en los <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, <strong>Canad\u00e1 <\/strong>y <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>El <strong>titular <\/strong>de <strong>AFA <\/strong>debe depositar <strong>$30 millones <\/strong>como <strong>garant\u00eda<\/strong>, en el marco de la causa judicial en la que est\u00e1 investigado por <strong>presuntas irregularidades<\/strong> en la entidad rectora del f\u00fatbol argentino, seg\u00fan dispuso el <strong>juez Diego Amarante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>permiso especial para salir del pa\u00eds <\/strong>y acompa\u00f1ar a la Selecci\u00f3n comprende un <strong>periodo restringido <\/strong>que comienza el <strong>pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 27<\/strong> y <strong>finaliza el 21 de julio<\/strong>, d\u00eda en que deber\u00e1 volver a la <strong>Argentina<\/strong>. Al regresar deber\u00e1 notificar formalmente su retorno a las autoridades judiciales dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a su arribo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta autorizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n contempla <strong>escalas <\/strong>y <strong>actividades <\/strong>oficiales en <strong>Hungr\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>,<strong> M\u00e9xico <\/strong>y <strong>Canad\u00e1<\/strong>, e incluye la final de la <strong>UEFA Champions League<\/strong>, que est\u00e1 prevista para el 30 de mayo.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de que <strong>Tapia <\/strong>se encuentra procesado por <strong>presunta retenci\u00f3n indebida de aportes provisionales e impuestos de la seguridad social <\/strong>en la <strong>AFA<\/strong>,<strong> Amarante <\/strong>decidi\u00f3 concederle el<strong> <\/strong>permiso debido a que <strong>ya se present\u00f3 a indagatoria<\/strong> y cuenta con un <strong>embargo sobre sus bienes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el <strong>magistrado <\/strong>advirti\u00f3 que cualquier <strong>desv\u00edo <\/strong>sobre las condiciones impuestas, <strong>cancelar\u00e1 de manera inmediata el beneficio <\/strong>y deber\u00e1 retornar al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Justicia autoriz\u00f3 este lunes al presidente de la Asoaciaci\u00f3n de F\u00fatbol Argentino (AFA), Claudio<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":24149,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-24148","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacadas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
