Cabe se\u00f1alar que el juicio se desarrolla bajo jurisdicci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Criminal y Correccional de la Novena Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial presidida por la Vocal Mar\u00eda Natalia Salom\u00f3n .<\/p>\n<p>Esta diligencia fue solicitada de manera conjunta por la defensa del imputado y la Fiscal de C\u00e1mara M\u00f3nica Carolina El\u00edas, representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, con el objetivo de esclarecer el tr\u00e1gico suceso ocurrido el 19 de enero de 2023. El hecho atribuido al acusado se enmarca en una pr\u00e1ctica de \u201cpicada\u201d o carrera de motos a modo de desaf\u00edo entre la v\u00edctima y el imputado.<\/p>\n<p>El acto procesal cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Servicio Penitenciario de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, responsable del traslado del imputado, quien se encuentra privado de su libertad, para que participara en la inspecci\u00f3n. Asimismo, se implement\u00f3 un operativo de seguridad a cargo de la Comisar\u00eda Quilino \u2013 Unidad Regional Departamental Ischil\u00edn, la Unidad Especial ETER, la Guardia de Infanter\u00eda de Cruz del Eje y el personal de seguridad urbana de Quilino y Villa Quilino.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta diligencia fue buscar la inspecci\u00f3n de los lugares donde se desarroll\u00f3 el hecho, a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de las circunstancias anteriores, concomitantes y posteriores al mismo. Durante la misma se tomaron testimonios y se llev\u00f3 a cabo un careo entre testigos cuyas declaraciones presentaban contradicciones.
