Luego, los estudios m\u00e9dicos confirmaron el peor diagn\u00f3stico, aunque la noticia no se difundi\u00f3 el d\u00eda del encuentro para evitar un impacto negativo en el clima del Monumental.<\/p>\n<p>El golpe es doble para River: por la gravedad de la lesi\u00f3n y porque se trata de una de las grandes promesas surgidas de las inferiores del club, que ven\u00eda intentando recuperar continuidad despu\u00e9s de su anterior parate.
