{"id":23498,"date":"2026-05-14T00:04:47","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T03:04:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/autorizaron-la-prision-domiciliaria-para-konstantin-rudnev-en-san-vicente\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T00:04:47","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T03:04:47","slug":"autorizaron-la-prision-domiciliaria-para-konstantin-rudnev-en-san-vicente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/autorizaron-la-prision-domiciliaria-para-konstantin-rudnev-en-san-vicente\/","title":{"rendered":"Autorizaron la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria para Konstantin Rudnev en San Vicente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>San Carlos de Bariloche, 13 mayo (NA) &#8212; La justicia federal autoriz\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria para el ciudadano ruso Konstantin Rudnev, actualmente encarcelado en el penal de Rawson, acusado de liderar una secta que se dedicaba presuntamente a la trata de personas.<\/p>\n<p>El juez Gustavo Zapata aprob\u00f3 en las \u00faltimas horas el traslado de Rudnev hacia la localidad bonaerense de San Vicente, donde cumplir\u00e1 con ese r\u00e9gmen de detenci\u00f3n -previo pago de una cauci\u00f3n de 30 millones de pesos-, que incluye adem\u00e1s el uso de una tobillera electr\u00f3nica y la prohibici\u00f3n de contatco con la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien la fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda solicitado que el acusado continuara con su detenci\u00f3n en la c\u00e1rcel de Rawson, el Colegio de Jueces de Revisi\u00f3n del Distrito General Roca rechaz\u00f3 el recurso, ya que la resoluci\u00f3n cuestionada no es definitiva ni genera un perjuicio irreparable para el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>El magistrado, por su parte, ya hab\u00eda habilitado la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria de Rudnev en enero \u00faltimo, pero la concreci\u00f3n de la misma se demor\u00f3 por las objeciones que hab\u00eda presentado la fiscal\u00eda, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>Rudnev, de 59 a\u00f1os, ten\u00eda causas pendientes en Rusia y Montenegro, hab\u00eda sido arrestado en marzo del a\u00f1o pasado, por presuntos delitos vinculados a la trata de personas y rituales sexuales coercitivos, cuando intentaba fugarse desde Bariloche hacia Brasil.
