{"id":23324,"date":"2026-05-13T09:07:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T12:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/fallecio-la-mujer-que-se-habria-prendido-fuego-detuvieron-a-su-novia\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T09:07:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T12:07:19","slug":"fallecio-la-mujer-que-se-habria-prendido-fuego-detuvieron-a-su-novia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/fallecio-la-mujer-que-se-habria-prendido-fuego-detuvieron-a-su-novia\/","title":{"rendered":"Falleci\u00f3 la mujer que se habr\u00eda prendido fuego: detuvieron a su novia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal penal 2 de la Unidad de Graves Atentados contra las Personas, Daniel Espiloc\u00edn, represent\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal en la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n penal preparatoria contra una mujer de 46 a\u00f1os como presunta autora del delito de homicidio calificado por la relaci\u00f3n de pareja y por ensa\u00f1amiento, en perjuicio de una mujer de 48 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia, el fiscal Espiloc\u00edn detall\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n legal, los hechos atribuidos a la detenida, el grado de participaci\u00f3n de la acusada y las circunstancias de tiempo, modo y lugar de los episodios investigados, junto con los elementos de prueba reunidos hasta el momento, y solicit\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva en atenci\u00f3n a la gravedad del hecho y para garantizar la comparecencia de la imputada. La imputada fue asistida por la defensa particular y se abstuvo de prestar declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La jueza del distrito Centro, Cecilia Flores Toranzos, luego de escuchar a las partes, hizo lugar a lo solicitado por el fiscal Espiloc\u00edn y dict\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para la imputada.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 a partir del reporte realizado el pasado jueves, donde se daba cuenta de que una mujer con domicilio en Villa Angelita , hab\u00eda resultado con lesiones por quemaduras en distintas partes de su cuerpo.
