Actualmente, los trabajos presentan un avance del 55% en la primera etapa y contemplan una renovaci\u00f3n completa del hist\u00f3rico edificio ubicado en pleno casco c\u00e9ntrico.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de una recorrida por las instalaciones, el jefe de Gabinete municipal, Juan Manuel Chalabe, destac\u00f3 que el objetivo de la obra es no solo recuperar el mercado, sino tambi\u00e9n revitalizar toda la zona comercial del centro salte\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Expectativa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00abTal como asumi\u00f3 el compromiso Emiliano Durand, en los pr\u00f3ximos meses los salte\u00f1os tendremos un mercado que ser\u00e1 un orgullo para los salte\u00f1os y muy visitado por los turistas\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n<p>Chalabe explic\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el proyecto contempla intervenciones complementarias en materia de seguridad, accesibilidad, tr\u00e1nsito e infraestructura urbana para potenciar el movimiento comercial de la zona.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Esquema<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La nueva estructura incluir\u00e1 una mejor distribuci\u00f3n de los puestos comerciales, cuatro accesos principales, estacionamiento subterr\u00e1neo, dos ascensores, guarder\u00eda infantil, diez ba\u00f1os y vestuarios para el personal. Tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con una cubierta dise\u00f1ada para permitir el ingreso de luz natural y favorecer la ventilaci\u00f3n continua del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>La obra fue dividida en tres etapas. La primera comprende los sectores de Urquiza en planta alta y baja, el subsuelo de Ituzaing\u00f3 y el entrepiso sobre esa misma calle.
