{"id":22416,"date":"2026-05-07T16:04:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T19:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/se-hacia-pasar-por-secretaria-de-la-jueza-maria-eugenia-capuchetti-y-termino-detenida\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T16:04:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T19:04:49","slug":"se-hacia-pasar-por-secretaria-de-la-jueza-maria-eugenia-capuchetti-y-termino-detenida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/se-hacia-pasar-por-secretaria-de-la-jueza-maria-eugenia-capuchetti-y-termino-detenida\/","title":{"rendered":"Se hac\u00eda pasar por secretaria de la jueza Mar\u00eda Eugenia Capuchetti y termin\u00f3 detenida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 7 mayo (NA) &#8212; Una mujer que se hac\u00eda pasar por secretaria de la jueza Mar\u00eda Eugenia Capuchetti, titular del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N.\u00ba 5, de Comodoro Py, qued\u00f3 detenida en la localidad bonaerense de Wilde, ya que estafaba a sus v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p>La se\u00f1alada contaba con un modus operandi del que se beneficiaba al llamar a las personas por tel\u00e9fono: se presentaba como secretaria del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00b0 5 y les ofrec\u00eda supuestos beneficios judiciales a cambio de dinero, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas y tal como consign\u00f3 la revista Newsweek.<\/p>\n<p>La aprehensi\u00f3n fue realizada por la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA), bajo la orden del Juzgado Federal N.\u00ba 12, a cargo del juez Juli\u00e1n Daniel Ercolini, e intervino la Secretar\u00eda N.\u00ba 23, de Paola Yanina Kohen.<\/p>\n<p>El arresto de la mujer, mayor de edad, devino de una investigaci\u00f3n llevada adelante por la Superintendencia de Investigaciones Federales a trav\u00e9s del Departamento Unidad Investigativa contra la Corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con las pruebas recabadas, los efectivos allanaron la vivienda de la acusada y encontraron un tel\u00e9fono celular que fue secuestrado como parte de la evidencia, mientras que la acusada qued\u00f3 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva en la Divisi\u00f3n Alcaid\u00eda, Anexo Cavia de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones Federales.<\/p>\n<p>La imputada se encuentra incomunicada y no quiso brindar declaraciones, mientras la causa contin\u00faa en tr\u00e1mite bajo la \u00f3rbita del fuero federal. <\/p>\n<p>#AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 7 mayo (NA) &#8212; Una mujer que se hac\u00eda pasar por secretaria de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":22417,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22416","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
