Ante este clima de dolor, familiares, amigos y vecinos realizan una marcha hoy para continuar con el pedido de justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto Castillo, abogado del padre y madrastra del peque\u00f1o, le confirm\u00f3 a la Agencia Noticias Argentinas que este martes 5 de mayo a las 20.00hs se realizar\u00e1 una protesta en la puerta de la Escuela 83.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, presentar\u00e1n ante el Consejo de la Magistratura de Chubut el jury de enjuiciamiento contra Pablo Jos\u00e9 P\u00e9rez, el juez que le concedi\u00f3 la tenencia de \u00c1ngel a su mam\u00e1, Mariela Altamirano, pese a las negativas socioambientales. Se suma adem\u00e1s las respectivas denuncias contra la defensora de menores y psic\u00f3logas intervinientes, las cuales, para la parte acusatoria, \u201cson responsables del aislamiento de \u00c1ngel que termin\u00f3 con su asesinato\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, Altamirano se encuentra alojada en la penitenciaria de la ciudad de Trelew donde cumple prisi\u00f3n preventiva por seis meses, acusada del delito de homicidio agravado por el v\u00ednculo en car\u00e1cter omisivo -por no haber protegido a su hijo-.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Castillo manifest\u00f3 en dialogo con la prensa local: \u201cNosotros consideramos que no es de acci\u00f3n por omisi\u00f3n.
