La Provincia resolvi\u00f3 declarar fracasada la licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica tras comprobar que todas las ofertas econ\u00f3micas presentadas superaban ampliamente el presupuesto oficial previsto para la obra.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n qued\u00f3 formalizada en la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 62 de la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. All\u00ed se estableci\u00f3 que ninguna de las cuatro propuestas resultaba conveniente para el Estado, ya que<strong> los montos ofertados exced\u00edan entre un 35% y un 54% el c\u00e1lculo inicial, fijado en $43.522.649.090,94 con valores de julio de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el proceso participaron cuatro oferentes: UT Sucesi\u00f3n de Madeo Lluis Daniel &#8211; Romero y C\u00eda S.R.L., Juan Pedro Garin Construcciones S.A., UT Beton S.R.L. &#8211; J.C. Segura Construcciones S.A. y Vicente Moncho Construcciones S.R.L. Sin embargo, tras el an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico, la Comisi\u00f3n de Preadjudicaci\u00f3n recomend\u00f3 desestimar todas las propuestas por considerarlas inviables desde el punto de vista econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El proyecto contemplaba un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 730 d\u00edas corridos, bajo la modalidad de ajuste alzado. Pese a la magnitud de la obra, el procedimiento qued\u00f3 cerrado sin adjudicaci\u00f3n y sin empresa a cargo, lo que implica un freno en su concreci\u00f3n dentro de este esquema.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan consta en el expediente, las firmas fueron notificadas del informe y no presentaron objeciones.
