Se puede pagar online a trav\u00e9s de la web.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight-detail__content\">\n<p>Desde la Muni ofrecemos beneficios a los vecinos que no registren deudas de a\u00f1os anteriores, y a quienes opten por el pago anual de los servicios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Quienes tengan libre deuda, obtienen un descuento del 10% en las Tasas a la Propiedad, Obras Sanitarias y Automotores, y un 10% adicional si hacen el pago anual, sumando un\u00a0<strong>20% de descuento en total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Quienes tengan libre deuda, y opten por el pago en cuotas a lo largo del a\u00f1o, obtendr\u00e1n un\u00a0<strong>descuento del 10 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Aquellos que opten por el pago anual y no est\u00e9n al d\u00eda, podr\u00e1n acceder a un\u00a0<strong>descuento del 5%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los vecinos que aprovechen el pago anual evitar\u00e1n el incremento de las tasas ya que, a partir de la segunda cuota, el valor se actualizar\u00e1 de acuerdo al \u00edndice de RIPTE (Remuneraci\u00f3n Imponible Promedio de los Trabajadores Estables).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vencimientos 2024 para pago anual y primera cuota<\/strong><br \/>\n* Tasa a la propiedad: 14 de febrero<br \/>\n* Tasa automotor; * \u00a014 de febrero<br \/>\n* Servicio de agua y cloacas: 11\u00a0de marzo<br \/>\n* Cementerio: 11 de marzo<br \/>\n* Tasa comercial: 11\u00a0de marzo<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo abonar?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Pagando online, a trav\u00e9s de la web de la Muni &#x1f449;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jesusmaria.gov.ar\/\">www.jesusmaria.gov.ar.<\/a><br \/>\nSe puede abonar con tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y d\u00e9bito.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 En efectivo o con tarjeta de d\u00e9bito\/cr\u00e9dito en las cajas municipales, Rapi Pago o Pago F\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>* \u00a0Sobre la tasa del automotor<br \/>\nLa Tasa Municipal del Automotor s\u00f3lo rige para veh\u00edculos que est\u00e1n fuera del convenio con Rentas de la provincia.<br \/>\nEstos son: modelos anteriores a 2015, y modelos entre 2009 y 2015,
