{"id":19490,"date":"2026-04-14T23:05:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T02:05:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/club-river-plate-la-justicia-investiga-una-denuncia-de-abuso-sexual\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T23:05:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T02:05:20","slug":"club-river-plate-la-justicia-investiga-una-denuncia-de-abuso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/club-river-plate-la-justicia-investiga-una-denuncia-de-abuso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Club River Plate: la Justicia investiga una denuncia de abuso sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 14 de abril (NA) \u2013 La Justicia federal investiga una denuncia por presunto abuso sexual contra el jefe de Seguridad de River Plate a partir de una presentaci\u00f3n realizada por una empleada del club, seg\u00fan consta en registros judiciales.<\/p>\n<p>El expediente qued\u00f3 radicado en el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N\u00ba 45, Secretar\u00eda 122, bajo la car\u00e1tula \u201cAcero, Gustavo s\/abuso sexual \u2013 art. 119\u201d, y fue registrado en la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Criminal y Correccional, con \u00faltimo movimiento el 8 de abril de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>En paralelo, representantes de socios del club elevaron el 13 de abril una nota al presidente Stefano Di Carlo para solicitar, con car\u00e1cter urgente, precisiones sobre si la dirigencia tom\u00f3 conocimiento del hecho denunciado y si involucra a personal de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el escrito tambi\u00e9n requirieron saber si se activaron los mecanismos previstos en el Protocolo contra la Violencia de G\u00e9nero, si el caso alcanza a un funcionario de alto rango y si existieron notificaciones formales sobre actuaciones judiciales.<\/p>\n<p>El tema tom\u00f3 estado p\u00fablico tras publicaciones en la red X del periodista Pablo Calvari, quien calific\u00f3 como \u201ccomplicad\u00edsima\u201d la situaci\u00f3n del jefe de Seguridad y reclam\u00f3 un pronunciamiento institucional, adem\u00e1s de cuestionar el silencio de \u00e1reas internas.<\/p>\n<p>En el club dejaron trascender que la denunciante hab\u00eda sido previamente cuestionada por reclamos de socios y que fue citada a una reuni\u00f3n en la que se le habr\u00eda anticipado una posible sanci\u00f3n disciplinaria.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con esa versi\u00f3n, el contacto f\u00edsico se\u00f1alado en la denuncia se habr\u00eda limitado a un gesto al finalizar el encuentro y ahora la Justicia est\u00e1 investigando los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>#AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 14 de abril (NA) \u2013 La Justicia federal investiga una denuncia por presunto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":19491,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-19490","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
