Eran integrantes de una organizaci\u00f3n narcocriminal, cuyos l\u00edderes eran extranjeros, que operaban en distintos barrios de la ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p>Los imputados fueron hallados culpables y condenados por los siguientes delitos: \u00aborganizaci\u00f3n para el comercio y distribuci\u00f3n de estupefacientes\u00bb, \u00abasociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita en calidad de jefe\u00bb,\u00a0 \u00abtenencia de estupefacientes con fines de comercializaci\u00f3n\u00bb, \u00abtenencia ilegal de arma de guerra\u00bb y \u00abtenencia de estupefacientes con fines de comercializaci\u00f3n agravada\u00bb. Las penas impuestas fueron las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p><em>Hugo Hermosa Vacaflor: 8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y 90 unidades fijas.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Anthony Amadeus Delki Antezana: 6 a\u00f1os y 9 meses de prisi\u00f3n y 45 unidades fijas.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Walter Daniel Sosa: 3 a\u00f1os de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional y multa de 20 unidades fijas.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Yohana Villareal: 3 a\u00f1os de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional y 20 unidades fijas.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Osvaldo Miguel Cejas: 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional y multa econ\u00f3mica.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Gustavo Fernando Cabello: 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n\u00a0 ejecutiva condicional y multa econ\u00f3mica.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Los allanamientos fueron efectuados por la Fuerza Policial Antinarcotr\u00e1fico, luego de intensas investigaciones. El resultado de aquella jornada (22\/11\/2024) fue la detenci\u00f3n de ocho personas (siete hombres y una mujer) y el secuestro de 491.564 dosis de coca\u00edna (m\u00e1s de 70 kilos) y 45 de marihuana, una planta de cannabis sativa, dinero ($21.027.170 y 153.731 d\u00f3lares), tres autom\u00f3viles, una motocicleta, una arma de fuego y diferentes elementos relacionados a la causa. El valor de todo lo secuestrado ascendi\u00f3 a $1.725.915.570.<\/p>\n<p>Las actuaciones de la FPA permitieron desarticular un organizaci\u00f3n narcocriminal.
