El caso, que involucra <b>maniobras fraudulentas y hechos de violencia<\/b>, tuvo su resoluci\u00f3n en una audiencia de juicio abreviado realizada en la ciudad de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/tag\/concordia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/tag\/concordia\/\"><i><b>Concordia<\/b><\/i><\/a>, provincia de Entre R\u00edos. Seg\u00fan el expediente, el hombre \u201creconoci\u00f3 los hechos que se le atribu\u00edan y admiti\u00f3 su responsabilidad penal\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>El proceso, dirigido por la <b>fiscal Daniela Montangie<\/b>, concluy\u00f3 con un acuerdo entre las partes para la imposici\u00f3n de una <b>pena de tres a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n efectiva<\/b>. Este acuerdo implica el traslado del letrado a una unidad penal en cuanto la condena quede firme. La resoluci\u00f3n definitiva del caso qued\u00f3 a cargo del vocal Germ\u00e1n Dri, quien evaluar\u00e1 la homologaci\u00f3n del acuerdo y deber\u00e1 dictar sentencia en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan consta en la investigaci\u00f3n, De La Madrid reconoci\u00f3 su responsabilidad en varias conductas delictivas. Fue sentenciado por: tres hechos de<b> ejercicio ilegal de la profesi\u00f3n y quebrantamiento de inhabilitaci\u00f3n judicial<\/b>, <b>lesiones leves, falsificaci\u00f3n de instrumento p\u00fablico<\/b>, <b>uso de documento p\u00fablico falsificado y<\/b> <b>dos episodios de estafa procesal<\/b>.
