Buenos Aires, 7 abril (NA) \u2013 Siete personas no podr\u00e1 ingresar a eventos deportivos por 24 meses tras haber sido detectadas vendiendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas de forma ilegal en las inmediaciones del estadio Bautista Gargantini en la previa de un partido entre Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza y Sarmiento de Jun\u00edn por el Torneo Apertura.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo indic\u00f3 el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Naci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un informe publicado este martes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial al que accedi\u00f3 la Agencia Noticias Argentinas y los implicados quedaron registrados en el programa Tribuna Segura, lo que les impedir\u00e1 asistir a cualquier espect\u00e1culo deportivo mientras dure la medida.<\/p>\n

\u201cApl\u00edcase la restricci\u00f3n de concurrencia administrativa a todo evento deportivo en todo el territorio nacional a Jesica Johana Lorenzo, Patricia Janet Galdame, Claudio Alejandro Obredor, Antonio Rolando Adamo Boussy, Lucas Leandro N\u00fa\u00f1ez Ponce, Priscila Bel\u00e9n Escalante y Franco Exequiel Rosalez por el plazo de 24 meses\u201d, indic\u00f3 el citado informe.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, en el escrito se especific\u00f3: \u201cLos individuos identificados fueron aprehendidos y trasladados a la dependencia policial, donde se labraron las actuaciones correspondientes en virtud de lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 55\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 9.099 (C\u00f3digo de Contravenciones de la Provincia de Mendoza), con intervenci\u00f3n del Segundo Juzgado Contravencional, a cargo de la Dra. M\u00f3nica Araujo\u201d.<\/p>\n
