La fiscal penal de la Unidad de Femicidios, Mar\u00eda Luj\u00e1n Sodero Calvet,<\/strong> representa al Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal,<\/strong> en la audiencia de debate contra Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Figueroa<\/a>, imputado como autor del delito de homicidio doblemente calificado por el v\u00ednculo, la relaci\u00f3n de pareja preexistente y por mediar violencia de g\u00e9nero,<\/em> en perjuicio de quien fuera su esposa Mercedes Kvedaras<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tras la lectura del requerimiento a juicio fiscal y de la querella, las partes plantearon cuestiones preliminares que el Tribunal debi\u00f3 resolver. Entre ellas se reprogramaron testigos y se fij\u00f3 el d\u00eda 8 de abril para realizar la reconstrucci\u00f3n del hecho, en el barrio privado de El Tipal, con la presencia del acusado y de las partes.<\/p>\n

Luego, ya en horas de la tarde, al ser consultado, Figueroa no prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n y a solicitud de su defensor, se reprodujo la grabaci\u00f3n de su testimonio durante la audiencia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n

La ronda de testimoniales comenz\u00f3 con la declaraci\u00f3n de la madre de la v\u00edctima, quien brind\u00f3 su testimonio por algo de m\u00e1s de dos horas. En ella se refiri\u00f3 a las caracter\u00edsticas personales de su hija y lo que conoc\u00eda y sab\u00eda de la relaci\u00f3n que manten\u00eda con el acusado.<\/p>\n

Sostuvo que no era de su agrado la forma en que Figueroa trataba a su hija y se refiri\u00f3 al dia del hecho, a la b\u00fasqueda que realiz\u00f3 de la mujer al no poder dar con su paradero y al momento en que la encontr\u00f3 sin vida.<\/p>\n

Al finalizar, el Tribunal, integrado por los jueces Cecilia Flores Toranzos, Eduardo S\u00e1ngari y Leonardo Feans, dispuso un cuarto intermedio hasta el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 6, para continuar con la ronda de testimoniales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
