{"id":1711,"date":"2024-01-10T08:53:16","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T11:53:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/?p=1711"},"modified":"2024-01-10T08:53:16","modified_gmt":"2024-01-10T11:53:16","slug":"la-fpa-detuvo-a-un-individuo-en-cercanias-del-festival-de-jesus-maria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/la-fpa-detuvo-a-un-individuo-en-cercanias-del-festival-de-jesus-maria\/","title":{"rendered":"La FPA detuvo a un individuo en cercan\u00edas del festival de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, personal de la Fuerza Policial Antinarcotr\u00e1fico llev\u00f3 a cabo un operativo en dos viviendas y secuestr\u00f3 droga en la ciudad de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Este operativo se desencaden\u00f3 luego de que investigadores de la FPA aprehendieron a un individuo de 31 a\u00f1os, quien fue sorprendido comercializando sustancias il\u00edcitas a otro sujeto de 37 a\u00f1os en cercan\u00edas del Festival de la ciudad. Durante la detenci\u00f3n, se decomisaron varias dosis de coca\u00edna, un veh\u00edculo y una suma de dinero.<\/p>\n<p>Tras recabar elementos probatorios suficientes, las autoridades solicitaron una orden judicial para registrar dos viviendas ubicadas en las calles Independencia al 900 de barrio Santa Gema y Nemesio Gonz\u00e1lez al 400, de barrio San Vicente de la ya mencionada ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta acci\u00f3n, se logro el secuestro de diversas dosis de coca\u00edna y otros elementos relevantes.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante destacar que, conforme a las investigaciones realizadas, el detenido se dedicaba a la venta de sustancias il\u00edcitas en las proximidades de los puestos de artesan\u00edas y productos regionales.<\/p>\n<p>La totalidad del dispositivo estuvo supervisada por la Fiscal\u00eda de Lucha Contra el Narcotr\u00e1fico de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda, quien dispuso el traslado del aprehendido y la remisi\u00f3n de lo secuestrado a sede judicial por supuesta infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes (23.737).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1712\" src=\"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ad3bb6b0-3678-4169-b12c-55ae0423fd7f.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"748\" height=\"1032\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ad3bb6b0-3678-4169-b12c-55ae0423fd7f.jpg 748w, https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ad3bb6b0-3678-4169-b12c-55ae0423fd7f-217x300.jpg 217w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, personal de la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1713,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[1580,1581,1578,283,91,249,1579,92,1347],"class_list":["post-1711","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regionales","tag-cercanias","tag-cocaina","tag-detuvo","tag-drogas","tag-festival","tag-fpa","tag-individuo","tag-jesus-maria","tag-secuestro"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
