La boda, realizada en un \u00e1rea natural protegida, es investigada por la Justicia ante sospechas de autorizaciones irregulares.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/032026\/1774712832636.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En medio de la pol\u00e9mica, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Mart\u00edn Menem, sali\u00f3 a desmentir versiones que lo vinculaban con el evento. <strong>\u201cNunca estuve ni yo ni Lule\u201d, asegur\u00f3, luego de que trascendiera que habr\u00eda sido invitado junto a su primo Eduardo \u201cLule\u201d Menem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La novia es hija de Marcelo Adolfo Pocovi, quien tuvo una relaci\u00f3n con Zulemita Menem, madre de su hijo menor. En ese contexto, tambi\u00e9n se conocieron declaraciones p\u00fablicas de Zulemita sobre ese v\u00ednculo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/032026\/1774713159976.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, uno de los hermanos de la novia<strong>, Kevin Pocovi, aparece vinculado a la empresa Inversora Eslava S.A<\/strong>., que firm\u00f3 un contrato millonario con el PAMI en 2024 por el alquiler de oficinas en Buenos Aires. Ese inmueble habr\u00eda sido utilizado en actividades pol\u00edticas. Tambi\u00e9n constituy\u00f3 una sociedad en Salta, con m\u00faltiples rubros que incluyen desde indumentaria hasta construcci\u00f3n e inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/032026\/1774713528952.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Otro de los hermanos,<strong> Alan Pocovi,<\/strong> est\u00e1 mencionado en la denominada \u201ccausa Andis\u201d, donde se investigan presuntas maniobras de direccionamiento de contratos para insumos destinados a personas con discapacidad y el posterior manejo de fondos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/032026\/1774713726907.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el novio, <strong>Federico Maran<\/strong>, mantiene un perfil m\u00e1s bajo y es socio de la concesionaria Auto Milano.<\/p>\n<p>La causa judicial por el casamiento avanza en paralelo. La celebraci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3  en un sector protegido por la ley provincial 6806. Seg\u00fan denuncias, el evento se llev\u00f3 adelante con una supuesta autorizaci\u00f3n ambiental que fue calificada como <strong>\u201cdocumento ap\u00f3crifo<\/strong>\u201d por la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>La intendenta de Cafayate, Rita Guevara, confirm\u00f3 que realiz\u00f3 una denuncia penal antes de la boda al no contar con informaci\u00f3n oficial sobre la actividad. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se solicit\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n policial para verificar lo que ocurr\u00eda en el lugar.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a cargo de la fiscal penal de Cafayate, Sandra Rojas, quien analiza si se utiliz\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n falsa para habilitar el evento.
