Ten\u00eda 28 a\u00f1os y viajaba a firmar contrato con el Cardiff City, club que hab\u00eda adquirido sus servicios por 17 millones de euros que le abon\u00f3 al Nantes de Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Ante las acciones legales que inici\u00f3 el club gal\u00e9s en 2023 en busca de una compensaci\u00f3n ec\u00f3nomica por el trunco fichaje, el Tribunal Mercantil de Nantes dar\u00e1 a conocer este lunes su resoluci\u00f3n sobre dicho conflicto entre las instituciones deportivas.<\/p>\n<p>El Cardiff City reclama da\u00f1os vinculados a la p\u00e9rdida de ingresos y se\u00f1ala como responsable a la organizaci\u00f3n del vuelo privado que trasladaba al oriundo de Santa Fe.
