{"id":16926,"date":"2026-03-27T19:06:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T22:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/chubut-detuvieron-a-un-exconvicto-por-coaccion-en-la-via-publica\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T19:06:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T22:06:10","slug":"chubut-detuvieron-a-un-exconvicto-por-coaccion-en-la-via-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/chubut-detuvieron-a-un-exconvicto-por-coaccion-en-la-via-publica\/","title":{"rendered":"Chubut: detuvieron a un exconvicto por coacci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rawson, 27 marzo (NA) &#8212; Un hombre fue detenido en la ciudad de Puerto Madryn, tras haber protagonizado un llamativo episodio en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, al obligar a dos menores de edad a pelearse, im\u00e1genes que grab\u00f3 con su tel\u00e9fono celular y luego las subi\u00f3 a las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de Mario Su\u00e1rez, un exconvicto, quien hab\u00eda sido condenado por homicidio en 2013, y que fue denunciado d\u00edas atr\u00e1s por este hecho que caus\u00f3 el rechazo de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La apertura de la investigaci\u00f3n fue solicitada por la fiscal Mar\u00eda Eugenia Vottero, a partir de lo ocurrido el 4 de febrero de este a\u00f1o, en inmediaciones de las calles Espa\u00f1a y Esteban Williams. Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, un hombre que se encontraba dentro de una camioneta junto a otras personas habr\u00eda hecho descender a dos v\u00edctimas y les habr\u00eda ordenado que se pelearan entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n, ante la negativa inicial de las v\u00edctimas, el imputado las intimid\u00f3 y amenaz\u00f3, advirti\u00e9ndoles que ser\u00edan agredidas si no cumpl\u00edan con la orden. En ese contexto de presi\u00f3n y temor, ambas personas se vieron obligadas a golpearse mutuamente, mientras otras observaban y registraban la situaci\u00f3n con tel\u00e9fonos celulares.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo la agencia Noticias Argentinas, el material audiovisual fue posteriormente difundido en redes sociales, lo que agrava el impacto del hecho.<\/p>\n<p>La conducta investigada fue encuadrada provisoriamente en el delito de coacci\u00f3n, previsto en el art\u00edculo 149 bis del C\u00f3digo Penal.
