Ambos se encontraban en un domicilio del barrio Los Radales, donde, durante la madrugada del 30 de julio de 2025, el implicado habr\u00eda utilizado su arma reglamentaria para efectuar una detonaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la muerte de la joven.<\/p>\n<p>El juez de Garant\u00edas extendi\u00f3 la medida cautelar, al considerar el riesgo de fuga, el posible entorpecimiento de la investigaci\u00f3n y las evidencias, mientras que prorrog\u00f3 la etapa penal preparatoria hasta el 1 de agosto de 2026, conforme a la informaci\u00f3n del sitio oficial del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal (MPF).<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la fiscal\u00eda remarc\u00f3 que todav\u00eda restan producir pericias, as\u00ed como an\u00e1lisis bal\u00edsticos y reconstrucciones sobre el hecho, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>La querella adhiri\u00f3 a los pedidos y la defensa se opuso, al requerir que Mar\u00edn permanezca con arresto domiciliario.<\/p>\n<p>El uniformado est\u00e1 sindicado como autor del delito de homicidio triplemente calificado por el v\u00ednculo, por haber sido cometido por un hombre contra una mujer, mediando violencia de g\u00e9nero y por el uso de arma de fuego (femicidio).<\/p>\n<p>#AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 26 marzo (NA) \u2013 El polic\u00eda de R\u00edo Negro, Emerson Rub\u00e9n Mar\u00edn, acusado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":16728,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16727","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
