La audiencia se encuentra en la etapa de recepci\u00f3n de pruebas testimoniales. Ayer declararon seis testigos.<\/p>\n<p>El sujeto es hijo de un matrimonio de pastores evang\u00e9licos y participaba en las actividades que organizaba la congregaci\u00f3n religiosa. La damnificada denunci\u00f3 los hechos en 2024, cuando ya contaba con la mayor\u00eda de edad. Afirm\u00f3 haber sido v\u00edctima de abusos sexuales por parte del imputado entre los a\u00f1os 2018 y 2019, cuando concurr\u00eda al templo de la familia del acusado.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer comparecieron, entre otros testigos, una joven que conoci\u00f3 al imputado en el templo evang\u00e9lico y una profesional del Gabinete de Psicolog\u00eda del CIF que evalu\u00f3 a la denunciante en el marco de la causa.<\/p>\n<p>El juicio unipersonal es presidido por la jueza Cecilia Flores Toranzos. Por el Ministerio P\u00fablico interviene la fiscal penal interina de la Unidad de Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual (UDIS), Celina Morales Torino. La defensa del acusado est\u00e1 a cargo de Dar\u00edo Palmier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antecedente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El imputado ya hab\u00eda sido condenado en 2023 a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional por el delito de abuso sexual con aprovechamiento de la inmadurez sexual de la v\u00edctima (estupro) en perjuicio de otra menor de edad.
