{"id":15403,"date":"2026-03-16T08:08:14","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T11:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/el-gobierno-aprobo-el-plan-federal-de-lucha-contra-el-fraude-ciberasistido\/"},"modified":"2026-03-16T08:08:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T11:08:14","slug":"el-gobierno-aprobo-el-plan-federal-de-lucha-contra-el-fraude-ciberasistido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/el-gobierno-aprobo-el-plan-federal-de-lucha-contra-el-fraude-ciberasistido\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno aprob\u00f3 el Plan Federal de Lucha contra el Fraude Ciberasistido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 16 marzo (NA) \u2013 El Gobierno cre\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Seguridad el Plan Federal de Lucha contra el Fraude Ciberasistido, el cual busca reforzar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n frente a las amenazas de delitos inform\u00e1ticos y la medida fue dada a conocer este lunes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la resoluci\u00f3n 231\/2026 a la que tuvo acceso la Agencia Noticias Argentinas y la cartera de Seguridad estableci\u00f3 que se instruya a la Direcci\u00f3n de Ciberdelito y Asuntos Cibern\u00e9ticos dependiente de la Unidad Gabinete de Asesores \u201ca coordinar y realizar las acciones necesarias a fin de lograr la implementaci\u00f3n transversal\u201d del citado plan.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3: \u201cInstr\u00fayase a las \u00e1reas con competencia en la materia del Ministerio y de las Fuerzas Policiales y de Seguridad Federales a participar y colaborar con la Direcci\u00f3n de Ciberdelito y Asuntos Cibern\u00e9ticos dependiente de la Unidad Gabinete de Asesores en aquellas acciones y medidas que resulten necesarias para la implementaci\u00f3n del \u2018Plan Federal de Lucha Contra el Fraude Ciberasistido\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, se inform\u00f3 que con el Plan Federal de Prevenci\u00f3n de Ciberdelitos y Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de la Ciberseguridad y el Programa de Fortalecimiento en Ciberseguridad e Investigaci\u00f3n del Ciberdelito (ForCIC), desde el Gobierno se busca reforzar las respuestas ante incidentes cibern\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la medida convoca a las jurisdicciones a adherir a la iniciativa para \u201cfortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional y el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades competentes a nivel federal, provincial y municipal, as\u00ed como con organismos internacionales para lograr una respuesta coordinada y efectiva ante los fraudes ciberasistidos y alcanzar un ciberespacio seguro, confiable y resiliente para todos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se indic\u00f3 en el informe, el plan incluye \u201cacciones de concientizaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n, desarrollo de marco normativo, vinculaci\u00f3n con organismos reguladores, anticipaci\u00f3n de fraudes masivos mediante esquemas piramidales, canalizaci\u00f3n de denuncias, an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico y proceso de detecci\u00f3n proactiva del fraude ciberasistido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>#AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 16 marzo (NA) \u2013 El Gobierno cre\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Seguridad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":15404,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-15403","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
