{"id":15215,"date":"2026-03-13T17:05:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T20:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/nombran-nuevos-fiscales-en-rio-cuarto-y-cosquin\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T17:05:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T20:05:33","slug":"nombran-nuevos-fiscales-en-rio-cuarto-y-cosquin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/nombran-nuevos-fiscales-en-rio-cuarto-y-cosquin\/","title":{"rendered":"NOMBRAN NUEVOS FISCALES EN R\u00cdO CUARTO Y COSQU\u00cdN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se nombran a dos nuevos Fiscales para fortalecer el servicio de justicia que presta el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal en la ciudad de R\u00edo Cuarto, Departamento R\u00edo Cuarto, de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Luciano Mat\u00edas Rodr\u00edguez jur\u00f3 el d\u00eda jueves 12 de marzo de 2026 como Fiscal coadyuvante en los casos que se llevan adelante en la Fiscal\u00eda de Fuero M\u00faltiple N\u00b03 de R\u00edo Cuarto, ante la licencia por motivos de salud del Fiscal Moine.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el d\u00eda lunes 16 de marzo de 2026 prestar\u00e1 juramento como Fiscal la Dra. Jael Yanina Arias Shocron, quien se sumar\u00e1 a las Fiscal\u00edas ya existentes y en funcionamiento en R\u00edo Cuarto, con una actuaci\u00f3n prevista para los casos de apartamiento de los titulares de la sede.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos comenzar\u00e1n a cumplir funciones el d\u00eda 16 de marzo de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo con los nuevos nombramientos que se insertan dentro del plan de fortalecimiento del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de C\u00f3rdoba, el que prev\u00e9 la puesta en marcha de nuevas fiscal\u00edas en la Provincia, jur\u00f3 el d\u00eda 12 de marzo de 2026, Silvana Pen, como Fiscal de Fuero M\u00faltiple n\u00famero 2 de Cosqu\u00edn, de la S\u00e9ptima Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de la Dra.
