{"id":15010,"date":"2026-03-12T03:15:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T06:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/reclamo-vecinal-por-un-baldio-abandonado\/"},"modified":"2026-03-12T03:15:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T06:15:07","slug":"reclamo-vecinal-por-un-baldio-abandonado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/reclamo-vecinal-por-un-baldio-abandonado\/","title":{"rendered":"Reclamo vecinal por un bald\u00edo abandonado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vecinos del barrio Parque La Vega piden que se desmalece la zona y recordaron que el 12 de noviembre del a\u00f1o pasado un pedido formal ante la Municipalidad de Salta para solicitar la limpieza de un terreno bald\u00edo ubicado detr\u00e1s del complejo habitacional, en cercan\u00edas de la avenida Gaucho M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n<p>El reclamo qued\u00f3 registrado en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Mesa de Entradas del municipio bajo el expediente N.\u00ba 78.610, en el que los vecinos pidieron la intervenci\u00f3n municipal para sanear el predio. En el escrito se\u00f1alaron que el terreno se transform\u00f3 en un lugar donde personas arrojan basura de manera habitual.<\/p>\n<p>En la presentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se adjunt\u00f3 una captura satelital de Google Maps donde se delimita el \u00e1rea en cuesti\u00f3n. Se trata de una franja de terreno extensa ubicada detr\u00e1s de los bloques del barrio, que corre paralela a los edificios y limita con sectores descampados.<\/p>\n<p>Es un amplio bald\u00edo cubierto por vegetaci\u00f3n alta y maleza, atravesado por caminos de tierra y sin ning\u00fan tipo de mantenimiento visible.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/032026\/1773281299764\/243686.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El sector se encuentra a pocos metros de los edificios del barrio y de calles internas de tierra, lo que genera preocupaci\u00f3n entre los residentes por el riesgo ambiental y sanitario que implica la acumulaci\u00f3n de residuos y la falta de limpieza.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes impulsaron la solicitud se\u00f1alaron que el objetivo es que el municipio realice tareas de limpieza, desmalezado y control, ya que sostienen que el lugar se ha convertido en un punto donde personas arrojan residuos y desperdicios.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de haber realizado la presentaci\u00f3n formal hace varios meses, los vecinos aseguran que hasta el momento no hubo intervenci\u00f3n y que el terreno contin\u00faa en las mismas condiciones.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vecinos del barrio Parque La Vega piden que se desmalece la zona y recordaron que<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":15011,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-15010","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacadas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
