La temperatura m\u00e1xima pronosticada para hoy por el Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional (SMN) es de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smn.gob.ar\/pronostico\/?loc=10823\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.smn.gob.ar\/pronostico\/?loc=10823\"><b>25 grados<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel informativo, te cuento que el ministro de Seguridad de la Provincia, Juan Pablo Quinteros, inform\u00f3 en <b>La Voz en Vivo<\/b>, el <i>streaming<\/i> de <b>La Voz<\/b>, que tapiar\u00e1n provisoriamente el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/ciudadanos\/elefante-blanco-propietarios-deberan-presentar-un-plan-de-adecuacion-a-la-municipalidad\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/ciudadanos\/elefante-blanco-propietarios-deberan-presentar-un-plan-de-adecuacion-a-la-municipalidad\/\"><b>edificio abandonado de bulevar San Juan al 900<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace a\u00f1os la construcci\u00f3n de ese proyecto inmobiliario qued\u00f3 sin terminar <b>porque viol\u00f3 una ordenanza municipal y se excedi\u00f3 en pisos. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pese a varios intentos de resoluci\u00f3n, todos fracasaron y la <b>torre qued\u00f3 inconclusa, abandonada y envuelta en una compleja causa judicial<\/b>, lo que incentiv\u00f3 a personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle a tomar el espacio para refugiarse y vivir.<\/p>\n<p>Anoche, la Justicia provincial y la Polic\u00eda entraron en el edificio abandonado de barrio Observatorio conocido como \u201cElefante blanco\u201d. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/ciudadanos\/se-esta-llevando-a-cabo-un-operativo-en-el-elefante-blanco-bv-san-juan_0_TFzM1emLz0.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/ciudadanos\/se-esta-llevando-a-cabo-un-operativo-en-el-elefante-blanco-bv-san-juan_0_TFzM1emLz0.html\"><b>El objetivo fue controlar la situaci\u00f3n de los ocupantes y resguardar el lugar<\/b><\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>El video de un adolescente caminando por la cornisa de esa obra sin terminar -que se viraliz\u00f3 en redes sociales- incentiv\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>Quinteros describi\u00f3 el interior de la estructura como un entorno de \u201ctotal peligro\u201d, destacando riesgos estructurales graves como la presencia de huecos de ascensores abiertos y condiciones \u201cpaup\u00e9rrimas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLes garantizo que inmediatamente la Justicia ordene un desalojo y nosotros podamos determinar que adentro no hay nadie, vamos a ordenar tapearlo por completo para que no pueda ingresar m\u00e1s nadie\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario remarc\u00f3 que esta intervenci\u00f3n estructural busca prevenir nuevos incidentes y ocupaciones.
