{"id":14491,"date":"2026-03-06T17:05:22","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T20:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/hidrovia-empresa-brasilena-podria-quedar-fuera-de-la-licitacion-por-falta-de-garantia\/"},"modified":"2026-03-06T17:05:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T20:05:22","slug":"hidrovia-empresa-brasilena-podria-quedar-fuera-de-la-licitacion-por-falta-de-garantia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/hidrovia-empresa-brasilena-podria-quedar-fuera-de-la-licitacion-por-falta-de-garantia\/","title":{"rendered":"Hidrov\u00eda: empresa brasile\u00f1a podr\u00eda quedar fuera de la licitaci\u00f3n por falta de garant\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 6 marzo (NA) \u2013 La empresa brasile\u00f1a DTA Engenharia podr\u00eda quedar fuera de la licitaci\u00f3n para la privatizaci\u00f3n de la V\u00eda Navegable Troncal al no haber presentado la garant\u00eda de mantenimiento de oferta exigida por el pliego, indicaron fuentes que siguen de cerca el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan esas fuentes, las compa\u00f1\u00edas participantes accedieron al expediente de la licitaci\u00f3n y constataron que la dragadora brasile\u00f1a no complet\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente a la garant\u00eda de la oferta, un requisito obligatorio para continuar en el proceso, inform\u00f3 la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso licitatorio tuvo el 27 de febrero la apertura de sobres de la compulsa internacional para la modernizaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la V\u00eda Navegable Troncal, una infraestructura clave para el comercio exterior argentino.<\/p>\n<p>En esa instancia se presentaron tres propuestas de empresas dragadoras internacionales: Jan De Nul NV, DEME y DTA Engenharia, bajo un esquema de evaluaci\u00f3n en tres sobres que contempla antecedentes t\u00e9cnicos y financieros, el plan de trabajo y la oferta econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>La V\u00eda Navegable Troncal concentra cerca del 80% del comercio exterior argentino y el Gobierno impulsa una concesi\u00f3n al sector privado por 25 a\u00f1os para su modernizaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, con inversiones estimadas en m\u00e1s de 10.000 millones de d\u00f3lares.
