{"id":13977,"date":"2026-03-04T11:10:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T14:10:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/quien-es-juan-bautista-mahiques-el-nuevo-ministro-de-justicia-de-javier-milei\/"},"modified":"2026-03-04T11:10:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T14:10:38","slug":"quien-es-juan-bautista-mahiques-el-nuevo-ministro-de-justicia-de-javier-milei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/quien-es-juan-bautista-mahiques-el-nuevo-ministro-de-justicia-de-javier-milei\/","title":{"rendered":"Qui\u00e9n es Juan Bautista Mahiques, el nuevo ministro de Justicia de Javier Milei"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 4 marzo (NA) \u2013 Tras la reuni\u00f3n de esta ma\u00f1ana en la quinta de Olivos, el presidente Javier Milei anunci\u00f3 la salida del hasta entonces ministro de Justicia, Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona, quien ser\u00e1 reemplazado por el abogado Juan Bautista Mahiques. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo la agencia Noticias Argentinas, el abogado ocupa el cargo de fiscal general de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires desde el 30 de octubre de 2019, se desempe\u00f1a adem\u00e1s como titular la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Fiscales (IAP), entidad que agrupa a fiscales, desde septiembre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Oriundo de Mercedes, provincia de Buenos Aires, el letrado curs\u00f3 sus estudios en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, y curs\u00f3 una maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia otorgado por la universidad italiana Unitelma Sapienza con sede en Roma.<\/p>\n<p>En sus j\u00f3venes 45 a\u00f1os, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como representante del Poder Ejecutivo en el Consejo de la Magistratura de la Naci\u00f3n y como Subsecretario de Asuntos Penitenciarios y Relaciones con el Poder Judicial y la Comunidad Acad\u00e9mica del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, es miembro de la Academia de Capacitaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Fiscales (IAP) junto a colaboradores de pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, Australia, Canad\u00e1, Francia, Sud\u00e1frica, Rep\u00fablica de Corea y Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Hijo del juez de la C\u00e1mara Federal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal, Carlos Mahiques, da clases en el Ciclo B\u00e1sico Com\u00fan de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) y en la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina (UCA).
