La difusi\u00f3n de un video en el que se observa a un grupo de ni\u00f1os entrevistar al mandatario provincial durante el acto de inauguraci\u00f3n del establecimiento y de inicio del lectivo.<\/p>\n<p>La cartera elev\u00f3 una nota formal al ministro de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n de Formosa, Julio Ren\u00e9 Araoz, exigiendo precisiones sobre lo ocurrido en la EPEP N\u00b0 548 \u00abProf. Rodolfo Reynaldo Ben\u00edtez\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Para la cartera nacional, el acto de inicio del ciclo lectivo e inauguraci\u00f3n del establecimiento fue utilizado como una plataforma de \u00abpromoci\u00f3n pol\u00edtico-partidaria\u00bb con ni\u00f1os como protagonistas, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas. <\/p>\n<p>El conflicto estall\u00f3 tras la viralizaci\u00f3n de un video donde se observa a un grupo de alumnos de primaria entrevistar al gobernador Gildo Insfr\u00e1n. Seg\u00fan la denuncia oficial, las preguntas y comentarios de los menores mostraron una \u00abmarcada carga de propaganda\u00bb orientada a enaltecer la figura del mandatario provincial.<\/p>\n<p>En la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n nacional fueron tajantes: la utilizaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito escolar para exaltar autoridades en funciones es un hecho de \u00abgravedad institucional\u00bb. En su presentaci\u00f3n, Capital Humano sostuvo que este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas vulnera el principio de neutralidad que debe regir en las escuelas y compromete seriamente la libertad de conciencia de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Para fundamentar la intimaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno apel\u00f3 a un arsenal legal que incluye violaci\u00f3n a la Constituci\u00f3n en sus art\u00edculos 14 y 75 (incisos 19 y 22) sobre el derecho de ense\u00f1ar y aprender. Y la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o, que garantizan la libertad de pensamiento y expresi\u00f3n, como tambi\u00e9n la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional, espec\u00edficamente el art\u00edculo 126, que protege a los alumnos contra toda agresi\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y garantiza el respeto a su conciencia.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n no solo envi\u00f3 la queja, sino que exigi\u00f3 respuestas concretas en un plazo perentorio. El Ministerio provincial deber\u00e1 informar si inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n para esclarecer los hechos y qu\u00e9 medidas se tomar\u00e1n contra las autoridades escolares que permitieron u organizaron la actividad.
