Buenos Aires, 3 marzo (NA) \u2013 La presi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en el caso por la desaparici\u00f3n de Loan Pe\u00f1a en la provincia de Corrientes es uno de los ejes centrales y la duda es si ayuda o entorpece la investigaci\u00f3n. Frente a este clima de tensi\u00f3n constante, el fiscal Carlos Schaefer expuso c\u00f3mo es su trabajo diario en una de las causas m\u00e1s pesadas de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

\u201cTengo conmigo un equipo de fiscales especial para este caso y nuestra l\u00ednea es no seguir ninguna cuesti\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y menos partidaria\u201d, comenz\u00f3 el relato Schaefer en conversaci\u00f3n con la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n

En este marco, el fiscal sostuvo que trabajan \u201ccon hechos y pruebas\u201d y sin permitir la presi\u00f3n de ning\u00fan sector, aunque remarc\u00f3 que, si en alg\u00fan momento de la investigaci\u00f3n hubo alg\u00fan tipo de involucramiento o presi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, \u201ceso va a ser expuesto en el juicio, por eso es oral y p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe han preguntado si durante la causa recibimos presiones o amenazas, pero aclaro que conmigo nunca pas\u00f3, ni dejar\u00eda que ocurra. Tomo las medidas pertinentes y si en alg\u00fan momento pasa, s\u00e9 lo que tengo que hacer\u201d, aleg\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Frente a este panorama, Schaefer reclama la necesidad de que el juicio se realice lo antes posible: \u201cExigimos que se haga el debate oral y p\u00fablico, porque a veces hablan, a veces muchos sacamos conclusiones que antes omitimos\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEntendemos que la primera actuaci\u00f3n que se hizo fue complicada porque el actor principal era el comisario Maciel por lo que, desde ah\u00ed, arrancamos mal.
