Buenos Aires, 27 febrero (NA) — El femicida detenido por perpetrar el asesinato de Ayel\u00e9n Arredondo en La Plata, volvi\u00f3 a estar en el centro de la escena luego de enviar un mensaje desde la c\u00e1rcel en el que describi\u00f3 su situaci\u00f3n de encierro y denunci\u00f3 falencias en el sistema de salud penitenciario.<\/p>\n

Se trata de Marcelo Alejandro Saleh, quien cumple condena en la Unidad Penal 35 de Magdalena por el asesinato de la joven, ocurrido en abril de 2021 en una vivienda ubicada en la zona de 75 y 22. El caso est\u00e1 a cargo del Tribunal Oral Criminal N\u00b0 5 de La Plata, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n

Ayel\u00e9n fue asesinada cuando Saleh entr\u00f3 a robar a su domicilio y crey\u00f3 que no hab\u00eda nadie en el lugar. Al encontrarse con la v\u00edctima, la atac\u00f3 para procurar impunidad y escapar con objetos de valor. El condenado, que se desempe\u00f1aba como remisero y ten\u00eda antecedentes por robo, tambi\u00e9n utilizaba redes sociales para contactar y acosar mujeres.<\/p>\n

Por medio de un celular y en un mensaje enviado a su entorno durante la madrugada de este viernes 27 de febrero, Saleh se identific\u00f3 con nombre, apellido y n\u00famero de documento, y manifest\u00f3 encontrarse \u201cen contexto de encierro\u201d en la Unidad 35. En el texto denunci\u00f3 supuestas condiciones de abandono en el \u00e1rea de salud del penal.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan relat\u00f3, padece una otitis aguda que le provoca fuertes dolores de cabeza y asegur\u00f3 que no recibe el tratamiento correspondiente. Adem\u00e1s, afirm\u00f3 que teme posibles complicaciones m\u00e9dicas si la situaci\u00f3n persiste.<\/p>\n

En su comunicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 demoras en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y mencion\u00f3 presuntas irregularidades vinculadas a la provisi\u00f3n de alimentos dentro del establecimiento penitenciario.
