El debate iba a iniciar el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 2 de marzo en los tribunales penales de La Plata.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se indic\u00f3, el juicio fue postergado por incompatibilidades de agendas laborales de las partes, motivo por el cual el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal N\u00b0 I de La Plata dispuso reprogramarla para el d\u00eda siguiente, el martes 3 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p>El juicio estar\u00e1 a cargo de los jueces Ramiro Fern\u00e1ndez Lorenzo, Hern\u00e1n Decastelli y Cecilia Sanucci, mientras que el fiscal ser\u00e1 Juan Pablo Caniggia.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los testigos que pasar\u00e1n por la sala de audiencias fueron propuestos por el abogado Mart\u00edn De Vargas, representante legal de Luis Lavalle, una de las v\u00edctimas del hecho ocurrido en la madrugada del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>En la investigaci\u00f3n se detalla que ese d\u00eda Piparo denunci\u00f3 haber sido v\u00edctima de un robo en la calle 47 entre 15 y 16, cuando descend\u00edan del veh\u00edculo para dejar a su padre en su domicilio. En su testimonio, destac\u00f3 que con Buzali fueron abordados por varias motos con ocupantes armados que le sustrajeron la cartera.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del robo, y en el momento en el que se dirig\u00edan a realizar la denuncia, la pareja crey\u00f3 reconocer a los presuntos ladrones y los siguieron a bordo de un auto Fiat 500L negro con techo blanco.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn la intersecci\u00f3n de 21 y 40, Buzali embisti\u00f3 desde atr\u00e1s a una moto en la que circulaban Luis Lavalle y un adolescente de 17 a\u00f1os, quienes resultaron heridos tras caer al pavimento\u201d, destacaron.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el hecho, Buzali fue detenido y estuvo en prisi\u00f3n durante dos a\u00f1os, hasta que el abogado Marcelo Pe\u00f1a logr\u00f3 su excarcelaci\u00f3n, por lo que llegar\u00e1 al debate imputado por el delito de intento de homicidio y en libertad. #AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 27 febrero (NA) \u2013 El juicio oral contra Juan Ignacio Buzali, el ex<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":13379,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13378","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacadas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
