{"id":13033,"date":"2026-02-26T09:04:46","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T12:04:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/tras-la-muerte-de-el-mencho-su-familia-reclamo-el-cuerpo-a-la-fiscalia\/"},"modified":"2026-02-26T09:04:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T12:04:46","slug":"tras-la-muerte-de-el-mencho-su-familia-reclamo-el-cuerpo-a-la-fiscalia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/tras-la-muerte-de-el-mencho-su-familia-reclamo-el-cuerpo-a-la-fiscalia\/","title":{"rendered":"Tras la muerte de \u201cEl Mencho\u201d, su familia reclam\u00f3 el cuerpo a la Fiscal\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 26 febrero (NA) \u2014 Los familiares del poderoso narcotraficante Nemesio Oseguera, apodado \u201cEl Mencho\u201d, solicitaron la entrega de su cuerpo, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General a medios internacionales en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Oseguera falleci\u00f3 el domingo en un operativo militar en el estado de Jalisco, lo que desat\u00f3 una ola de violencia con quema de negocios y bloqueos de rutas en 20 de los 32 estados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda mexicana \u201crecibi\u00f3 un escrito, entregado por quien dijo ser representante jur\u00eddico de familiares\u201d de Oseguera, \u201cen el que se solicita la entrega de sus restos mortales\u201d, asegur\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Mencho\u201d, de 59 a\u00f1os, encabezaba el C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG) y era, hasta ahora, el narco m\u00e1s buscado por el gobierno de Estados Unidos, que ofrec\u00eda una recompensa de 15 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>QU\u00c9 PAS\u00d3 CON EL CUERPO DEL \u201cMENCHO\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Su cuerpo fue trasladado a instalaciones de la fiscal\u00eda en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, despu\u00e9s de comprobarse el fallecimiento, inform\u00f3 el sitio RFI, consultado por la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>En la operaci\u00f3n y en choques posteriores murieron al menos 27 agentes de seguridad, 46 presuntos criminales y una civil, seg\u00fan record\u00f3 el sitio franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda indic\u00f3 que dos presuntos escoltas de \u201cEl Mencho\u201d detenidos durante la operaci\u00f3n fueron trasladados a una c\u00e1rcel de alta seguridad en el central Estado de M\u00e9xico.
