{"id":12868,"date":"2026-02-25T16:05:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T19:05:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/la-igj-pidio-designar-veedores-en-la-afa-para-revisar-documentacion-contable-y-financiera\/"},"modified":"2026-02-25T16:05:32","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T19:05:32","slug":"la-igj-pidio-designar-veedores-en-la-afa-para-revisar-documentacion-contable-y-financiera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmgente.com.ar\/web\/la-igj-pidio-designar-veedores-en-la-afa-para-revisar-documentacion-contable-y-financiera\/","title":{"rendered":"La IGJ pidi\u00f3 designar veedores en la AFA para revisar documentaci\u00f3n contable y financiera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 25 febrero (NA) \u2013 La Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia (IGJ) solicit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Justicia la designaci\u00f3n de veedores en la Asociaci\u00f3n del F\u00fatbol Argentino (AFA) para relevar documentaci\u00f3n contable y financiera que, seg\u00fan el organismo, fue requerida sin respuesta.<\/p>\n<p>La medida, firmada por el inspector general Daniel Roque V\u00edtolo, apunta a verificar posibles \u201cgraves irregularidades\u201d, aunque aclararon que no implica una intervenci\u00f3n ni una sanci\u00f3n, sino una veedur\u00eda informativa en el marco de las funciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>De concretarse, los veedores deber\u00e1n analizar los estados contables cerrados al 30 de junio de 2025, revisar libros societarios, registros financieros y elaborar un informe t\u00e9cnico sobre cuentas, obligaciones impositivas y previsionales.<\/p>\n<p>El control tambi\u00e9n alcanzar\u00e1 el proceso de creaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de la AFA (UNAFA), incluyendo la adquisici\u00f3n de inmuebles, la estructura patrimonial y los convenios firmados, con foco en la trazabilidad de los fondos utilizados.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la IGJ pidi\u00f3 auditar los v\u00ednculos comerciales y financieros de la AFA con TourProdEnter LLC, Sur Finanzas y otras firmas relacionadas, para reconstruir el flujo de dinero y las rendiciones de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido se da luego de que el organismo rechazara el intento de la entidad de mudar su domicilio a la provincia de Buenos Aires, lo que mantuvo a la asociaci\u00f3n bajo su \u00f3rbita de control.
