El 1\u00b0 de enero de 2026, Ariel Szarfsztejn<\/b><\/a> asumi\u00f3 el cargo y Galperin pas\u00f3 a ser presidente ejecutivo. <\/p>\n

El gigante del comercio electr\u00f3nico y fintech de Am\u00e9rica Latina report\u00f3 un crecimiento del 39% interanual con un aumento del resultado operativo de 22 por ciento<\/u>.<\/p>\n

En el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o, la compa\u00f1\u00eda registr\u00f3 ingresos netos e ingresos financieros por US$8,8 mil millones, un incremento interanual de 45 por ciento. <\/p>\n

Resultados \u00e1rea por \u00e1rea<\/h2>\n

El negocio de Commerce, las inversiones en env\u00edos gratis, ful\ufb01llment, experiencia de usuario y variedad de productos potenciaron los resultados en los principales mercados. El GMV (volumen bruto de mercanc\u00edas vendidas) alcanz\u00f3 US$19,9 mil millones<\/b>, con un crecimiento interanual de 37% en d\u00f3lares.<\/u><\/p>\n

Los compradores \u00fanicos <\/u>trimestrales superaron por primera vez los 80 millones<\/b>, con un r\u00e9cord de 16 millones m\u00e1s de usuarios en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o<\/b>. La red de ful\ufb01llment entreg\u00f3 75% de los env\u00edos r\u00e1pidos dentro de 48 horas<\/b>. Los costos unitarios de env\u00edo en ful\ufb01llment disminuyeron interanualmente en Brasil, M\u00e9xico, Chile y Colombia, gracias a la mayor escala impulsada por el crecimiento de usuarios y frecuencia de compra.<\/p>\n

En Brasil, la disminuci\u00f3n del umbral de env\u00edo gratis fue determinante: los \u00edtems vendidos crecieron 45% interanual <\/b>y el GMV en moneda constante aument\u00f335% interanual<\/b>. Los nuevos compradores adquirieron m\u00e1s productos, en m\u00e1s categor\u00edas, y con mayor retenci\u00f3n que aquellos que comenzaron a comprar antes del lanzamiento del nuevo umbral de env\u00edo gratis. El trimestre cerr\u00f3 con un Black Friday r\u00e9cord en Brasil, el mayor volumen diario de ventas en la historia de Mercado Libre. El desempe\u00f1o fue igualmente s\u00f3lido en otros mercados clave durante el cuarto trimestre, M\u00e9xico registr\u00f3 un crecimiento de 35% interanual en GMV en moneda constante <\/b>y 45% en \u00edtems vendidos<\/b>. En la Argentina<\/b>, el GMV en moneda constante creci\u00f3 42% interanual <\/b>y los \u00edtems vendidos aumentaron 36% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior<\/b>.<\/p>\n

En 2025, Mercado Pago<\/b> alcanz\u00f3 niveles l\u00edderes de NPS en Brasil, M\u00e9xico, Argentina y Chile. En el \u00faltimo, los usuarios activos mensuales totalizaron casi 78 millones (+27% interanual)<\/b>. Los activos bajo gesti\u00f3n (AUM) crecieron 78% interanual alcanzando casi US$19 mil millones<\/b>. A su vez, la carterade cr\u00e9dito aument\u00f390% interanual y lleg\u00f3 a los US$12,5 mil millones<\/b>. La morosidad de 15-90 d\u00edas (NPL) marc\u00f3 un m\u00ednimo hist\u00f3rico de 4,4%<\/b>, re\ufb02ejando equilibrio entre crecimiento y gesti\u00f3n de riesgo. Los datos de interacciones recurrentes en las plataformas del marketplace y \ufb01ntech contin\u00faan mejorando los modelos de suscripci\u00f3n propios, una ventaja estructural que permiti\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de casi 3 millones de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito solo en este trimestre.<\/p>\n

El negocio publicitario Mercado Ads<\/b> creci\u00f3 67% interanual en moneda constante<\/b>. El asistente de IA de Mercado Pago lanzado en octubre de 2025, gestion\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 9 millones de conversaciones<\/b>, con m\u00e1s del 87% resueltas sin intervenci\u00f3n humana<\/b>.<\/p>\n
