Porque hay una necesidad de ustedes de estar mejor\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Meses atr\u00e1s, atendiendo a la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds, el gobernador Juan Schiaretti anunci\u00f3 el fortalecimiento de distintos programas sociales, por lo que\u00a0<strong>el monto del segundo desembolso de Vida Digna que reciben estas familias pas\u00f3 de 64.000 pesos a 160.000 pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-578265\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5733.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5733.jpg 993w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5733-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5733-768x512.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"662\" data-id=\"578265\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-578266\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5762.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5762.jpg 993w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5762-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5762-768x512.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"662\" data-id=\"578266\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p>En otro pasaje del discurso, Jure hizo referencia al acompa\u00f1amiento del gobernador, Juan Schiaretti, a los vecinos.\u00a0<em>\u201cCon estos programas, ha cuidado siempre a todos los cordobeses, identificando cu\u00e1les son las necesidades sociales y buscando soluciones\u201d<\/em>, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra agreg\u00f3 que el programa provincial<em>\u00a0<\/em>alcanz\u00f3 a\u00a0<em>\u00ab168.000 familias para que puedan mejorar el ba\u00f1o o una habitaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Estos cr\u00e9ditos -sin inter\u00e9s- son destinados a familias cordobesas para que puedan construir o finalizar un ba\u00f1o o dormitorio. Este fomento se pacta en dos cuotas; la primera, correspondiente al 60% del cr\u00e9dito; y la segunda al restante 40%, una vez que avanza la obra.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficiarios que recibieron hoy el certificado\u00a0<strong>podr\u00e1n ir a cobrar<\/strong>\u00a0al Banco de la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba\u00a0<strong>a partir del d\u00eda lunes 4 de diciembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes el ministro de Vinculaci\u00f3n Comunitaria y Comunicaciones, Paulo Cassinerio; el presidente de la Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Deportes, H\u00e9ctor Campana; el presidente Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Joven, Mat\u00edas Anconetani; el subsecretario de Escrituraci\u00f3n de Viviendas Sociales, Alfredo Magallanes y el director de Escrituraci\u00f3n de Viviendas Sociales, Cristian Heredia<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e9ditos entregados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n del M\u00e1s Vida Digna, la Provincia puso a disposici\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>cr\u00e9ditos a tasa cero, con nueve meses de gracia y a devolver en 60 cuotas que se actualizan por el 50% del IVS.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-578267\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5698.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5698.jpg 993w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5698-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5698-768x512.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"662\" data-id=\"578267\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-578268\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5757.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5757.jpg 993w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5757-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1D7A5757-768x512.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"662\" data-id=\"578268\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Su objetivo es la compra de materiales de construcci\u00f3n y\/o mano de obra para favorecer el acceso a la vivienda digna, con ambientes adecuados, ventilados, seguros, iluminados y construidos con materiales de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>En referencia al cr\u00e9dito, Mar\u00eda Rafaela, beneficiaria de Barrio San Roque que construy\u00f3 un ba\u00f1o en su hogar, expres\u00f3:\u00a0<em>\u201cPara m\u00ed fue una gran alegr\u00eda. Era un sue\u00f1o que ten\u00eda hace mucho\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s Vida Digna est\u00e1\u00a0<strong>destinado a familias que se encuentren en situaci\u00f3n de d\u00e9ficit habitacional<\/strong>, es decir, que est\u00e9n en hacinamiento cr\u00edtico, saneamiento inadecuado o calidad insuficiente de los materiales de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes acceden a este beneficio se postularon a trav\u00e9s de CiDi y luego fueron a sorteo a trav\u00e9s de la Loter\u00eda de C\u00f3rdoba.
