Cabe aclarar que los hechos investigados habr\u00edan ocurrido en el marco de su labor, en donde se habr\u00edan desarrollado los hechos, resultando como v\u00edctima un paciente (quien presenta un diagn\u00f3stico de par\u00e1lisis cerebral).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">La medida fue efectivizada por personal de la brigada de investigaciones de la Unidad Judicial 15, quien diligenci\u00f3 orden judicial de allanamiento emitida por el Juzgado de Control y Faltas 8, logrando la detenci\u00f3n del enfermero en su domicilio.
